Voice-based marketing automation provider Ifbyphone® just launched SourceTrak™ 3.0, a call tracking application for marketers.
Users are now able to apply negative keyword parameters, protect data integrity during an activity spike by displaying a number for runoff searches where specified search terms retain their unique phone numbers, and work faster within an updated interface.
Similar to other call tracking applications, SourceTrak measures the metrics related to voice-based (phone) interactions down to the keyword level, allowing marketers to pinpoint which PPC ad, organic search term or specific domain generates a call. SourceTrak easily scales to any size campaign from a simple A/B test of two landing pages to a large pay-per-click campaign.
SourceTrak currently integrates with a bevy of popular online sales and marketing tools including Salesforce.com, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Unbounce.
