Behavioral retargeting is a technique for recaputuring potential customrs attention, encouraging them to return to a website and complete a purchase.

While there are some privacy implications, consumers are warming to retargeting - at least according to a recent survey by Bizrate.

According to the research, most consumers (60 percent) feel neutral towards retargeted ads. What's most interesting is that 25 percent like the ads because the ad reminds them of what they were looking at previously, and just 15 percent don't like it at all.

In many respects, behavioral retargeting is still an emerging technology but the tide may be turning. So, as both an advertiser and a consumer, what is your feeling about retargeting?
