Google has redesigned the look of the text ads that appear on publishers mobile websites.
The new format, according to Google, allows for "higher performance with a more beautiful and user-friendly appearance." We'll let you make up your mind on the beautiful part, but they do look quite a bit cleaner and easier to read.
The text ads now feature elements such as a shaded background and a centered button which bring together the different parts of the ad into a cohesive unit.
To see the new mobile text ads, choose to show both text and display ad n your site when creating a new ad unit.
