Google has announced that the integration between Webmaster Tools and Google Analytics is now complete after a pilot program was set up in June of this year.

A new section has been created in Google Analytics called “Search Engine Optimization” (has a nice ring to it) which resides in the “Traffic Sources” section. The reports available include Queries, Landing Pages, and a geographic summary. The reports will show impressions, clicks and CTR for the top queries and landing pages.

To use the reports, it is necessary to link Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools accounts together – which takes little more than a few seconds. After connecting the accounts the information should start appearing instantly. Note that no data is available from the most recent 2 calendar days.
