Ecommerce personalization provider Baynote and conversion marketing specialist TouchCommerce have teamed up to integrate their two systems.
Baynote’s intent-based personalization platform will be integrated with the TouchCommerce chat and engagement solution.
Should the two systems work in perfect harmony, ecommerce brands will be able to present website visitors with relevant content and product recommendations, and simultaneously provide automated guidance technology, or a dedicated chat support agent which can aid in the product selection process.
