Email marketing solution provider Listrak has launched a Shopping Cart Abandonment Index, which tracks cart abandonment rates of online shoppers from the company’s top Internet retail clients.
The Index will provide online retailers with a daily abandonment rate and with the ability to expand the timeline in order to identify trends. By identifying times of higher shopping abandonment, retailers will be able to discover the best times to test free shipping or other offers.
