E-commerce solution provider Digital River has introduced 360° Dashboards, which is an advanced reporting analytics system for its Global Commerce and Commerce Express solutions.
The dashboard includes an interactive interface that displays important business metrics. The metrics give e-tailers insight into customer lifetime value as well as online marketing campaign results and site performance trends, including data on online store sales, close rates, shopper recency and frequency, revenue per visitor and more.
