&lt;p&gt;The Social Sweepstakes application enables retailers to create sweepstakes promotions (at a relatively reasonable cost of $25 US) that can then be published on their website, a Facebook page and even on wishpond.com.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;As shoppers enter into the sweepstakes, they can then share with their own friends and followers on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and even Google+.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;ldquo;Sweepstakes are a great way for businesses to build brand awareness and generate leads&amp;rdquo;, said Wishpond CEO Ali Tajsekandar, &amp;ldquo;with sharing across multiple channels built in as a requirement for participating, Social Sweepstakes quickly spread far and wide.&amp;rdquo;&lt;/p&gt;
