Square is facing new competition in the mobile payment arena from a solution called PayAnywhere.

Like Square, PayAnywhere has an app for processing transactions on both iOS and Android. However, unlike Square, merchants can integrate PayAnywhere into their own apps.

The Pay Anywhere Software Development Kit (SDK) is now available for developers that are interested in mobile payment solutions. It is free and open for third-party developers to use within their own application.
