The plug-in is available for free download and includes pre-written code modules, permitting quick and easy installation. And no one can say that the Userplane folks are asleep at the wheel - they have also released an archiving feature for the plug-in which enables clients to maintain chat histories, logs of user activity and create fill audits on Webchat activity.
