Badongo.com is a free file hosting site that allows users to share any number of documents, photos, videos, music and slideshows with other users. Once a user has logged in and uploaded their file, a link is provided that can then be passed on to friends, family and colleagues the Web over. In this way, files that may be too large to email can be quickly viewed by outside parties with a simple link. As an added bonus "Badongo Buddy," a Windows based user interface allows users to drag and drop files to be uploaded, right-click to instantly upload and can handle files up to one gigabyte. Other, similar sites such as MegaUpload have a maximum capacity of 500 megs.

Badongo has recently launched a Groups feature, allowing for users to create common communities and gain access to each other's files, as well as a music player, file link widget and Flash slideshows.

Created in 2005, Badongo has quickly moved up the charts, as of this posting ranking a one-week average of 84 according to Alexa.com. Badongo has found popularity in Europe and Asia, and with businesses searching for new ways to quickly share information.
