Mercado Software has unveiled Mercado 4.0, a site search and merchandising
solution for online retailers (currently used by industry leaders such as
Williams-Sonoma, Macy's and Sears) which integrates metrics from back-end ERP
systems, web analytics data gleaned from Coremetrics, Fireclick, and Omniture,
and customer reviews and ranking information from vendors like Bazaarvoice and
PowerReviews.
