It's a nice and quick view into what is being searched for in your industry and should be examined periodically to achieve the best possible search results. Wordtracker uses search terms collected from the major metacrawlers Dogpile and Metacrawler.
It's very good timing on Wordtracker's part, as Yahoo's Overture keyword tool has been experiencing some major difficulties.
