The current release is Operation Camouflage and discusses ways to cloak your PPC campaigns so that the competition is not aware of your strategy and may very well underestimate your efforts. Essentially, the strategy involves adjusting your bids so that it appears to your competition that you have bowed out of a particular marketplace when, in fact you have simply adjusted the location of your prime bids.
