Lead exchange vendor Leadpile announced today the launch of its new "MicroClick" ads, small one-page websites that open a new window after a user mouses over a text link (see below or the live examples here). The program should be able to provide Lead Exchange Publishers a way to differentiate the advertising that is included on their site while keeping the money rolling in. I've come across LeadPile before, but can not attest to the quality of their service or the revenue share available.
