Palo Alto Software announced the preview of the 2.0 release of its Email Center Pro, a SaaS application designed to manage inbound emails for small business. The solution is being featured at the Office 2.0 Conference held today through Friday at the St. Regis Hotel in San Francisco.
New features in the release focus on tracking email performance, including customer email response statistics, activity trackers, and advanced search tools.
"Email Center Pro has seen great popularity in the marketplace since its debut earlier this year. Version 2.0 of Email Center Pro is designed to ensure that our customers save time, work more efficiently and get an overview of how email is being managed," said Sabrina Parsons, CEO of Palo Alto Software.
