An online survey from marketing agency Prodo revealed that 86% of consumers believe companies should use social networking in their marketing.
Pippa Adams, Managing Director of Prodo said "The results of this survey demonstrate how quickly social media has integrated itself into the public's daily life. Even adding a blog to your website where you comment about your firm and industry news can be a simple, effective social media tool."
