You'll never convert anyone from a browser to a buyer if they can't contact you! Options for including certain form elements (such as a Subject field and "send a copy" option for senders) are available. All time downloads for SMCF are just under 18,000.

Downloaded just over 35,000 times, features include excellent spam protection, displays referrer information for the person contact you, and an option for users to send themselves a copy of the message.

MM Forms: One of the most underrated WP form plugins available. Feature rich is an understatement. Features include field creator, CAPTCHA prevention, Akismet SPAM filtering, HTML layout, customized forms and unlimited contact forms. Downloaded just under 10,000 times, this one's a gem.

cforms II was actually the plugin that sparked my interest in the topic (it was covered yesterday (or a few days ago on Download Squad. I included these only because I've tested them - but do plan on testing cforms (and covering it) in the near future.

I understand that contact forms can be useful. But do many companies still benefit from including the following:

1. Physical address and directions/map

2. Snail mail address

3. One or more email addresses, divided up by topics, departments, etc.

I'm curious how useful these might be today.
