Big business is fast realizing how powerful Twitter can be and how important it is to their bottom line. They are also realizing that they need more powerful tools to properly leverage the platform.

Tools in the Enterprise Innovators Program include reach analytics, engagement analytics, influence analytics, extended customer converstion history, priority updates and dedicatd account management. The program is available to customers for a fee, demonstrating one of the first examples of a Twitter ecosystem application to generate revenue.
