After selecting your country, your campaign budget, and the type of Adwords help you are looking for (ongoing, one-time optimization, one-time setup, or training) a list of certified Adwords professionals along with a description of the company in profile form. 

From the search return list, those seeking services can also refine their query to include agencies which offer ancillary services such as display advertising, SEO, Web design, analytics, etc. 

If you're an Adwords Professional, now might be the right time to check to see if you are listed. If you manage Adwords campaigns but are not yet officially certified, now would probably be a good time to get started if you're looking for clients.
