Dan Olsen, former Performics VP has been working hard (along with some fellow top SEO experts) on a new set of online tools for small businesses. Today his creation, DIYSEO, officially launches to the public.
"DIYSEO’s high value, low cost solution empowers small businesses to take advantage of opportunities available in SEO, for the first time in many cases,” said DIYSEO co-founder Patrick Gavin. “We’re filling a huge void in the marketplace, and we have a proven industry veteran in place as CEO to take this much needed solution to market."
DIYSEO's focus is on simplicity. A step-by-step process starts with a diagnosis of your website and industry to find the best targeted keywords for your SEO plan. Tasks are then bucketed into sections, including link-building, on-site optimization, local search and social media. The system also includes tools to track your SEO progress and of course, reporting to monitor your own performance and the SEO of your competition.
"DIYSEO considers the industry, existing search efforts, physical location, marketing goals and other attributes of a small business to provide customized and actionable SEO recommendations,” said Olson. “We’ve taken the insights of some of the industry’s top SEO pioneers and packaged them into an effective solution small businesses can easily afford, and this type of offering has never before been available to them."
DIYSEO is available now for a free trial, with a regular cost of $49 per month.
While DIYSEO looks to be an impressive and expansive all-in-one solution, there are plenty of other SEO software tools to consider. Some geared toward link building, and others focused on research.
