Predictive commerce platform CalmSea release its new social commerce optimization solution which leverages its predictive technology with Facebook APIs to provide retailers the ability to engage, grow and monetize a Facebook fan base. Using the platform retailers can better understand customers’ preferences and deliver targeted promotions (private sales, group-buys, sweepstakes, contests, etc.) based on what they know about their users activity. Through a standard Facebook integration, promotions are built and managed within CalmSea’s solution, then deployed to Facebook where social interactions can then be measured and optimized in real-time.
