QR codes are so 2011, but one creative company is using them to separate itself from the horde of video-management and marketing solutions.
Thwapr, a network providing brands the ability to upload, disseminate and manage videos for mobile-device distribution, has announced that it will now automatically generate quick response (QR) codes for each video uploaded into the Thwapr platform.
The automatic QR generator is part of Thwapr's new content management dashboard, which provides a fast option for marketers to upload and manage videos for mobile device distribution. Furthermore, the dashboard includes tracking and measurement data of mobile video and SMS analytics.
