Email management and analytics company ToutApp has released a Salesforce integration that builds sales and email management into the CRM solution.
The app gives email senders some powerful insights into their emails with updates on when and where they are read and what links are clicked. The app also features some interesting timesaving features such as templating, automatic file attachments, and performance reports.
ToutApp for Salesforce also syncs outgoing email to the right content without having to add a tracking address to the BCC field – a big issue for many.
