You're a believer in the value email provides your digital enterprise, you're skilled at audience segmentation, and of course, knowledgeable in all the various forms of list acquisition - but can you code an email?
If not, don't worry! A new tool from Vertical Response, the InstaEmail Template Machine, enables companies to create professional-grade email templates. The system takes a URL input from a user, which then detects the images and color scheme found on the submitted website. The images and color options are then presented in a two-step customization process for users. Users can choose from six layout options (including various placements for the logo, header image, primary and secondary text) and modify the background color, color for the text links and an accent color. Users can then 'push' the newly created email design to their VerticalResponse account, download it as a ZIP file, or even copy the HTML code for use outside of VerticalResponse.
The InstaEmail Template Machine is free and there is no limit to how many templates can be generated using the tool. The best part? Users are not required to have a VerticalResponse account.
“Even though we offer more than 700 pre-designed email templates to our customers, some companies prefer their email newsletters to have a more custom look. But creating a template from the ground up can be a huge challenge, especially for small businesses that don’t have the technical or HTML know-how,” said Janine Popick, VerticalResponse CEO. “Our InstaEmail app significantly simplifies the process and enables small businesses to create a great-looking, custom template quickly and easily.”
