Social media managers can gain more insights from their HootSuite dashboard, thanks to a new partnership between the social media management company and social analytics and intelligence platform Brandwatch.
Through the integration, HootSuite users can develop better social relationships by leveraging Brandwatch’s listening and intelligence capabilities (which gather information from more than 70 million sources) with HootSuite’s engagement and publishing functionality. The integration should prove to be beneficial for customer service and PR professionals, as well as marketing and sales teams.
Brandwatch collects and analyzes posts using a variety of custom analytics. The posts are then automatically prioritized, filtered, routed and auto-synced into HootSuite streams, which makes it easier for social media professionals to manage marketing, customer service and selling. Moreover, the integration provides Enterprise customers with social sentiment analysis, priority flagging, automated tags and assignment filtering. Plus, Brandwatch extends language support to deliver conversations in more than 27 languages.
