Drupal Powering 12% of Top 100K Sites

Popular open source CMS Drupal is now used to run more than 1 million websites and more than 12 percent of the top 100,000 websites according to Builtwith Research.

"It's well known that Drupal powers some of the web's largest sites, but every day we hear stories from all over the world about how Drupal is changing individual lives for the better. The vast, global mix of contributors and users makes Drupal unique."

 


Drupal has long been a favorite of the design and development community. Some high-trafficked sites that run on Drupal include the  the New York Stock Exchange, Examiner.com and 71 of the top 100 universities in the world.
