Wix has unveiled a new end-to-end online appointment booking solution for businesses.
The solution, dubbed Wix Bookings, offers an easy and effective way for businesses to connect with customers, manage appointments and group bookings, and empowers customers to self-serve via online bookings (read about the importance of self-service here). What’s more, Wix Bookings syncs with Google Calendar to help business owners keep track of appointments and scheduled classes, as well as send reminders and collect payments via PayPal.

Wix Bookings is just the latest addition to the Wix platform, which already offers website building, hosting, e-commerce capabilities, email marketing and other solutions tailored to specific business verticals. It is important to note that Wix Bookings can be leveraged by a variety of industries, including beauty, health, wellness, arts and entertainment industries. Moreover, Wix Bookings follows Wix’s freemium model where some advanced features will be offered as part of a premium solution.
