Ecommerce platform Shopify announced that will soon allows merchants to sell on and through third-party networks including Ebates, Houzz and Wanelo. Shopify already allows merchants to sell directly upon social networks including Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest but additional platforms like those announced will likely be quite appealing to Internet retailers.
Managing multiple sales channels can be a real challenge. By providing a single, unified platform to help sellers manage their products, Shopify is definitely taking a step in the right direction.
