When submitting my local locksmith business, I've found that many of these try to trick you into paid advertising, and give heavy, heavy preference to the payers.

This is a great list, but unfortunately, most of them are limited to businesses in the USA. Being from Canada, it's not that much of a help to my clients or to me.
