3dcart Unveils New Social Sharing Features

Barely two weeks after 3dcart announced Facebook Connect integration with its e-commerce software, the company has announced an integration with e-commerce social sharing application provider AddShoppers.

3dcart customers can now include AddShoppers social sharing buttons on their retail sites to help foster customer engagement and reduce cart abandonment. The integration also opens 3dcart users to AddShoppers' social analytics platform that tracks when a customer shares a product, how many of their friends/followers click the link and how many of those people end up making a purchase.

Hundreds of retailers are currently using the AddShoppers solution, which was the first to release Facebook Open Graph-enabled “Want” and “Own” buttons. Because of the application’s scalability, it can be utilized by stores of all sizes and it can be set up in a matter of minutes.
