&lt;p&gt;The LinkedIn integration allows users to access LinkedIn profiles from the contact record, as well as view a contact&amp;rsquo;s company information and connections. Furthermore, invites can be sent through the CRM without having to separately login to LinkedIn each time.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;i&gt;&amp;quot;LinkedIn already has a tremendous amount of helpful information about key executives in an organization,&amp;quot;&lt;/i&gt; says Maximizer Software president Vivek Thomas. &lt;i&gt;&amp;quot;Many companies have tried to adapt LinkedIn into their customer engagement process, and our latest version makes it so much easier. Now you can use this information, within your CRM, to track prospects and connect with opportunities while increasing customer loyalty through a new channel of communication.&amp;quot;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;/i&gt;Additionally, the new interface of &lt;a target="_blank" href="http://www.maximizer.com/maximizer-crm-12/"&gt;Maximizer CRM 12&lt;/a&gt; is also optimized for mobile devices, enhanced Web access performance and expanded customization options.&lt;/p&gt;
