The statement from eBay Vice President of Seller Experience Todd Lutwak said that less than 10 percent of all eBay sales involve third-party solutions, so most sellers will be unaffected by the transition.</p> <p>To help accommodate those sellers that will be affected, Lutwak said that eBay checkout is being enhanced with key functionalities such as advanced tax reporting, deeper credit card integration and advanced shipping solutions.
