Several weeks ago we mentioned that Website Magazine had released both an iPhone app and an application for the Android (G1). The uptake on both of these applications has surpassed our wildest expectations, appealing to new subscribers and broadening the magazine's exposure to some true connected individuals - just what we had hoped for.

Our staff received a lot of wonderful, meaningful feeedback on these new mobile applications, and now - the Website Magazine Reader application for the G1 is better than ever.

In addition to being able to read and comment on items from the recent issue and the daily Weblog content published at WebsiteMagazine.com (as well as manage your account), version 2 of the WM reader application lets subscribers scroll through (and even download) all of the past issues just like in the popular digital format. It's an amazing user experience (if I do say so). Once again, if you're a G1 user, let us know what you think by downloading the Website Magazine Reader App now.

If you're an iPhone user, don't worry - version 2 for that device is coming soon - very, very soon.

__________

What's One Great Idea Worth?
Upgrade to a <a href="http://website

And there exists a remarkably easy way to create an online publication. It comes from Issuu and it's completely free. Businesses can use it to create newsletters, show off product, share information, create a media kit, display a portfolio - any number of uses and in an attractive package. It's an impressive platform that's easy to use and has some big potential. There are also some limitations. But considering the youth of the service and their ambitions for the future, Issuu will continue to innovate and provide even more features in the coming year.

Website Magazine explores some of the features of Issuu and interviews Martin Ferro-Thomson, Co-Founder and Comunications Manager at Issuu. Read the article on Issue here.
