Affiliate networks and advertisers will be able to share their own exclusive offers with other affiliate networks using a new feature from the HasOffers platform.

The Offer Exchange™ enables affiliate networks (those using HasOffers) to browse and locate offers from other networks – even exclusive ones – and run them as their own.

From the release: “Advertisers and affiliate networks with exclusive offers can now share their offers with thousands of other networks using the HasOffers platform. Once offers are approved for sharing, other networks can apply to advertise your offers. Usage charges (5% of payout) apply to all conversions that occur through the Offer Exchange™ and are billed directly to the owner of the shared offer. Only paying account holders with a credit card on file can share offers on the Offer Exchange™.”

“The buzz has been incredible,” said CEO Lucas Brown. “We know that it is an extremely valuable way to expand affiliate relationships, but we had no idea how well received it would be.”

HasOffers has added a lot of features in 2010 including its’ Ad Manager (for building and optimizing campaigns), post back URLs for server tracking, CPC/CPM payment models, and recurring commissions for subscription offers.
