Now online consumers fluent in German, Spanish and French can provide feedback to companies using RatePoint and receive email updates in their language of origin. The RatePoint language expansion also&amp;nbsp;accommodates e-mail marketing and surveys,&amp;nbsp;as well as&amp;nbsp;a web-based management interface.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&amp;ldquo;Our clients now can request and receive feedback from their customers and members on their businesses to showcase online reputation in multiple languages,&amp;rdquo; said Neal Creighton, CEO of RatePoint. &amp;ldquo;We plan to add additional languages in the future as demand continues to grow for excellent customer service and quantifiable business reputation in the global economy.&amp;rdquo;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Launched in mid-September, RatePoint&amp;rsquo;s availability in multiple languages has drawn more than 2,000 of its most recent customers from international small businesses. RatePoint now is managing more than 1 million customer contacts for its clients.&lt;/p&gt;
