Google is providing a lot more detailed information in the Top Search Queries report in Webmaster Tools.

Previously, users of the system could only see the average position at which a site's pages appeared in the search results for a particular query. Now, when you select a specific keyword in the Top Search Queries report, it will present a breakdown of the number of impressions and the number of clickthroughs for each position where your site's pages appeared in the search results associated with the query.

It gets better. Google is also providing a list of a site's pages that were linked to from the search results for that search query. Plus, Google has increased the number of queries shown. If your site ranks for more than 100 queries, new pagination buttons at the top of the TSQ table will allow users to page through a much larger sampling of the queries that return your site in search results.
