Actually, only Flickr Pro members (who pay $24.95 annually) are able to post videos for now but any user can watch clips for free as long as they have permission. The video posted on Flickr can be geo-tagged to indicate where they were taken which may be a genuine boon to the mobile aspirations of Yahoo! and its users.
