What if your consumers could do all of their shopping on Black Friday and Cyber Monday from the comfort and convenience of their own Facebook account?
Facebook commerce provider Payvment provides consumers with the ability to do just that. The F-commerce platform has launched a Black Friday deals section of its Facebook Shopping Mall, which allows shoppers to search for, find and buy holiday deals at up to 80 percent discounts from thousands of Payvment’s boutique vendors – and all without leaving Facebook.
Since the beginning of November, Payvment has seen a 30 percent rise in shopper traffic, and a 25 percent rise in social discussion and sharing of products from the Shopping Mall, which currently has more than 2.4 million products that are available from more than 100,000 sellers. And although Black Friday is today, there is still plenty of time for merchants to sign up for this solution before the end of the busiest shopping season of the year.
“Consumers are starting to think of Facebook as a holiday shopping destination, and we hope to encourage that behavior by making it incredibly easy to find unique gifts and great deals from a large number of sellers,” says Christian Taylor, CEO and co-founder of Payvment. “In the past, Black Friday and Cyber Monday have been the domain of the ‘big box’ retailers, but now with the Shopping Mall we’re helping the boutique sellers by aggregating and promoting their deals for consumers all in one place on Facebook.”
