Business-to-business buyers aren't the average bear. They are savvier, more connected and increasingly better prepared for big-ticket purchases than many of their consumer counterparts.
In fact, Forrester finds that today's buyers could be two-thirds to 90 percent of the way through their buying journey before reaching out to a vendor. Their reputations, and perhaps their jobs, are on the line to produce results, and they need the products or services that will help them do that.
