ClickTale is giving enterprises a better picture of their website visitors’ behaviors, thanks to a new Side-by-Side Heatmaps feature.
Side-by-Side Heatmaps enables users to simultaneously view two heatmaps that display every mouse move, click and scroll. Through the feature, companies can see the causes of why an A/B test succeeds or fails, identify behavioral differences in various marketing campaigns and discover bugs in different browsers and mobile devices. These insights can help enterprises improve their sites for better user experiences as well as optimize marketing campaigns for better ROI.
