Viewing "The Forrester Wave: Lead-To-Revenue Management Platform Vendors, Q1 2014" report will cost you a cool $2,495, but Act-On has shed light on its position in the report.
Forrester names Act-On as a leader among lead-to-revenue management platform vendors and is the only company considered a leader for both Enterprise Marketing requirements and Small Marketing Team requirements.
"Right from the very beginning, we set our sights on the mid-market companies with revenues under $500M," said Raghu Raghavan, CEO of Act-On Software. "In the process of serving this market, we discovered that mid-market companies might have small marketing teams -- but big ambitions. As we evolved to satisfy their requirements, we found that we had a solution that was very well-suited to large enterprises also."
Additionally, Act-On is the only privately owned company to make it into the Leaders category for large enterprises.
The other eight companies considered the most significant solution providers in the category are Adobe, CallidusCloud, IBM, Marketo, Oracle, salesforce.com, Salesfusion and Silverpop.
