One of the most disruptive digital survey and research solution on the market is Qualtrics, and they've just released some interesting new capabilities that are worth a look.
Qualtrics unveiled real-time monitoring of survey performance, a one-click Net Promoter Score (NPS) feature that can used to gauge customer loyalty, as well as new SMS survey capabilities.
Perhaps most interesting is the real-time monitoring feature, dubbed Survey Health, which enables enterprises to view a live, overview of how surveys are performing in the field including response rates, trends, quota analysis, dropout rates and engagement around specific survey questions.
"We're really excited to provide the information our customers need to launch successful surveys," said Steve Brain, head of engineering at Qualtrics. "Our customers will use Survey Health to gauge the overall effectiveness and impact of their surveys, and make rapid adjustments where needed."
