Demand Media's Pluck for example, a community platform designed to enhance websites with social experiences, has released version 6 of its solution and it comes with a number of interesting feature enhancements.
Pluck Outreach, for example, is an extension of the solution's existing email notifications capability. Outreach comes with more than 40 pre-built actions (approval notices for moderated contributions, post-purchase emails to solicit product reviews, and user friendship notices, among others) to help users stay involved and returning to the brand's digital social experience.
