Launches Net Promoter Score Platform

A new software platform has emerged that allows businesses to leverage the popular management process known as the Net Promoter Score (NPS) to gauge customer loyalty and promote organic growth.

Texas-based technology startup is an end-to-end Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform used to implement the entire Net Promoter System. Key features include a point-and-click campaign builder that allows a company to create, launch and analyze surveys in minutes. The systems also incldues custom analytics for NPS, an in-app engagement portal, and trend analysis to "empower leadership and build confidence in critical next steps" according to the company.
