E-commerce merchants may have it the hardest when it comes to social media as today's available tools don't really cater to the needs of the modern Internet retailer.
That might change with the release of a new app from Springbot for Hootsuite users that happen to be Magento merchants. Now available in the social media management platform's App Directory, the new Springbot application provides suggested content ideas (based on analysis of store data), multiple store/social streams in one dashboard, as well as revenue attribution by social channel (in addition to scheduling and monitoring of social accounts).
