A One-Stop (Mobile) Shop for Salespeople

Switching between various apps on a mobile device is irritating. Worse, it’s time consuming and everybody knows time is money, especially for salespeople.

Pipelinersales Inc., the parent company of Pipeliner CRM, has announced the re-release of their CRM (customer relationship management) application for iOS and Android devices. The app has several new features including two-way sync with Microsoft Outlook and Google Apps as well as integration with various social channels.

With the ability to synchronize Pipeliner CRM with Google Apps and Microsoft Outlook, users will be able to access their Gmail account, Google Calendar, Google Contacts as well as their MS Outlook account (only available for 2010 and 2013 MS Outlook) all from within Pipeliner’s app.

Social media has become a staple in a sales person’s regular routine and with the integrations available on the rereleased CRM users will not have to leapfrog between apps to see what their clients are up to. The social channels that are capable of operation within the CRM are Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Google+.
