Popular task management platform Todoist just launched the new enterprise offering, which aims to help companies increase employee productivity both as teams and individuals. The platform costs $3 per user, per month, and enables companies to create up to 80 projects, have up to 200 tasks per project and can collaborate with 50 people per project. Employee Onboarding – Account administrators can add or remove team members in one location, which is also where payments and invoices are managed.
Internal Collaboration – Each user has access to their organization’s contact list, however, companies can also restrict sharing. Users can share projects by using names instead of typing out email addresses. Moreover, the shared Team Inbox can be used to delegate tasks without creating a specific project.
Task Management Tools – The platform offers sub-tasks, sub-projects, labels, filters and priority levels to help users maintain organization. Plus, users can leverage recurring due dates, alerts and reminders to prevent missing a deadline.
File Sharing – Todoist for Business integrates with Dropbox and Google Drive, which enables users to attach and share items like images, documents and audio notes to any task.
Cross-Platform Synchronization – Tasks can sync across 13 different platforms, including mobile apps for iOS and Android, as well as email clients like Outlook and Gmail.
