Few would argue the positive role that advertising has played in the success of digital enterprises but there are, of course, more channels that need to be integrated into your overall marketing and promotions initiatives.

Conductor, best known for its software solution that focuses on organic optimization, has recently unveiled its Web Presence Management platform, following a beta period in which the company integrated a suite of persona management, content detection and recommendation capabilities into its marketing platform Conductor Searchlight.

Conductor's customer base, which includes B2B and B2C such as Citibank, FedEx, Ancestry.com, Box and agencies like Prospect and Razorfish, will have access to the enhanced platform beginning this week.

According to Conductor Co-Founder and CEO, Seth Besmertnik, "We are moving to where we know the future is taking us. Web Presence Management is the next step for SEO Teams. Our customers like REI and Ticketmaster are taking on much more strategic roles within their companies than being just 'search optimizers.' The digital experiences they have created for their consumers are responsible for increasing their ROI and driving revenue growth." Besmertnik said, "We expect thousands of marketers over the coming 12 months to re-organize their departments around the 'unpaid' media opportunity by forming a Web Presence Team. WPM will be the next major category in digital marketing."
