31 hours every month are lost to unproductive meetings.
In fact, according to a 2012 poll on salary.com the number one time waster in the eyes of 47 percent of respondents was having to attend too many meetings.
Do has announced the launch of their enterprise collaboration platform designed to help businesses run more productive meetings.
With Do, users receive a timeline detailing their meetings for the day, a comprehensive portal for meeting participants to put notes, presentations and documents into eliminating the need for emails to be sent back-and-forth as well as meeting summaries.
Also, aiming to give users the most comprehensive overview of their day possible, the company has integrated its platform with Google Calendar.
“Do has spent a lot of time looking at human factors that contribute to unproductive meetings—lack of preparation, tardiness, and multitasking—Do addresses these tendencies head on,” said Do CEO Jason Shah. “With Do, it’s easy to make an agenda, get the meeting set up, have people show up on time, take notes, track follow-ups and outcomes, share the meeting summary, end the meeting early, and actually get things done.”
